Types of Classes

  • Food Protection Manager Certification Course (8 Hour Training)
    • This is a one-day training using the ServSafe Manager 7th edition curriculum.  The Exam is administered on the same day as the training.  
    • This course meets the requirements of the 2013 Food Code.  Other shorter ServSafe classes (i.e. 4 hour FoodHandlers) do NOT meet the requirements.
  • FoodHandlers Course (4 Hour Training)
    • This is a half-day training designed for those in the foodservice industry who do not requrie the Food Protection Manager Certification.
